Unique is committed to respecting your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Unique Beverage Company, LLC ("Unique") and its websites (the "Site" or "Sites"). Unique is the sole owner of information collected on the Sites. Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone outside of Unique, its subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent. Information Collected We collect information by specifically requesting it from you through optional registration and by tracking usage. Unique does not necessarily endorse companies (or related products or services) to or from which the Site is linked. Opting-Out We respect your privacy and ability to choose whether to share information with us. You may "opt-out" altogether from providing Personal Information to us by not registering on the Site and thereby not providing Personal Information. As such, Unique will not knowingly collect any personal information from young people under the age of 13, unless Unique provides notice that such information is being collected and obtains verifiable parental consent.
